11:58 am - The Mummy, Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2, Moonlight, The Comedian, Fences
The Mummy     HD720p 38MB   HD1080p 75MB
First trailer for the "spectacular, all-new cinematic version of the legend that has fascinated cultures all over the world since the dawn of civilization". Thought safely entombed in a tomb deep beneath the unforgiving desert, an ancient princess (Sofia Boutella) whose destiny was unjustly taken from her is awakened in our current day, bringing with her malevolence grown over millennia and terrors that defy human comprehension.
The charms of Brendan Fraser and Rachel Weisz will be replaced by Tom Cruise and Annabelle Wallis. Russell Crowe, Jake Johnson and Courtney B. Vance are also part of the cast. Directed by Alex Kurtzman who so far mostly has writing/producing credits with Roberto Orci for Transformers and Star Trek movies. So in combination with the trailer this shouldn't leave a lot of doubts what to expect.

Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2     HD720p 40MB   HD1080p 63MB
Second teaser trailer for the sequel featuring Baby Groot. The movie will be set to the backdrop of Awesome Mixtape #2 and continue the team's adventures as they traverse the outer reaches of the cosmos. The Guardians must fight to keep their newfound family together as they unravel the mysteries of Peter Quill's true parentage. Countless cast members return, among them Chris Pratt, Zoe Saldana, Dave Bautista, Vin Diesel, Bradley Cooper, Michael Rooker, Karen Gillan and Glenn Close. Cast additions are Elizabeth Debicki, Nathan Fillion and Tango & Cash aka Kurt Russell and Sylvester Stallone. Again directed by James Gunn.

Moonlight     HD720p 37MB
Coming-of-age drama that tells the tender, heartbreaking story of a young man's struggle to find himself, told across three defining chapters in his life as he experiences the ecstasy, pain, and beauty of falling in love, while grappling with his own sexuality. The three actors portraying Chiron at various stages are mostly newcomers. Supporting cast includes Naomie Harris, André Holland, Mahershala Ali and Janelle Monae. Movie adaptation written and directed by Barry Jenkins (Medicine for Melancholy).
Movie is already in release in the US and is currently winning indie and critics awards and nominations left and right.

The Comedian     HD720p 23MB
Drama about an aging comic icon (Robert De Niro) who has seen better days. Despite his efforts to reinvent himself and his comic genius, the audience only wants to know him as the former television character he once played. Already a strain on his younger brother (Danny DeVito) and his wife (Patti LuPone), Jackie is forced to serve out a sentence doing community service for accosting an audience member. While there, he meets the daughter (Leslie Mann) of a sleazy Florida real estate mogul (Harvey Keitel), and the two find inspiration in one another, resulting in surprising consequences. Edie Falco, Charles Grodin and Billy Crystal are also part of the cast. Directed by Taylor Hackford (Ray, Proof of Life, An Officer and a Gentleman).
This doesn't really work.

Fences     HD720p 37MB
Second trailer for the movie adaptation of the play in which an African American father (Denzel Washington) struggles with race relations in the United States while trying to raise his family in the 1950s and coming to terms with the events of his life. Viola Davis, Mykelti Williamson and Russell Hornsby are also part of the cast. Washington also directed (Antwone Fisher, The Great Debaters).
Washington and Davis also starred in the Broadway revival of the play a few years ago. They both won Tony awards for their performances. Festival reviews indicate that it will probably won't be a strong contender for Best Picture, but the two leads are pretty much in the running.

It's bizarre realizing that Sofia Boutella is now being typecast as the body-atypical/exotic action girl. Also, I think you mean the charms of Rchcel Weisz/Maria Bello.

Nathan Fillion was technically in the first GotG. Do we know if it's a role reprisal or someone new? Regardless, the trailer made me smile like a maniac.

Yes, it also seems to me like an unfortunate choice for Boutella to play two mostly unrecognisable roles in blockbusters in short succession. I suspect she's mainly happy that she was able to get such prominent parts.

No disrespect meant for Bello. But I have a difficult time remembering that there actually was more than one movie in that particular franchise. ;)

ImdB lists Fillion as "Monstrous Inmate (voice)". I'm not versed enough to say if that will turn out to be a guy named "Simon Williams" in the sequel. :)

It's someone new. Fillion was just some random inmate in the prison in the first one. In the second one, he's Simon "Wonder Man" Williams, one of the classic Avengers.

Yeah, I suddenly remember the set pics that Gunn released some time ago.
