The Last Airbender     HD480p 35MB   HD720p 82MB   HD1080p 138MB
First teaser for the live-action, big screen adaptation of the animated TV series set in a world where human civilization is divided into four nations: Water, Earth, Air and Fire. The Fire Nation is waging a ruthless, oppressive war against the other three nations. The film's hero, the reluctant young Aang, is the "Last Airbender", the Avatar who, according to prophecy, has the ability to manipulate all of the elements and bring all the nations together. Aided by a protective teenage Waterbender and her bull-headed brother, Aang proceeds on a perilous journey to restore balance to their war-torn world.
Cast consists mainly of relatively unknown actors. Among the better known names are Jackson Rathbone, Dev Patel and Cliff Curtis. And who would've thought, after about a decade of movies with surprise endings, M. Night Shyamalan (The Sixth Sense, Unbreakable, The Happening) tries something new. I hope.
Movie is set for release July next year. The studio plans to make this a whole trilogy so they will use all the marketing muscle available to make it a success. Presumably, the unwanted attention earlier this year due to the studio's failure to put together a more ethnically diverse cast wasn't part of the campaign.

Ponyo - Gake no ue no Ponyo     HD480p 22MB   HD720p 67MB
Edit: Alternative, slightly longer version: 480p 55MB   720p 104MB.
Pretty good US trailer for the latest movie from Hayao Miyazaki (Princess Mononoke, Spirited Away, Howl's Moving Castle). It is an animated adventure inspired by Hans Christian Andersen's fairy tale "The Little Mermaid". It centres on a 5-year-old boy and his relationship with a goldfish princess who longs to become human. English language version features the voices of Matt Damon, Tina Fey, Cate Blanchett, Liam Neeson, Lily Tomlin, Betty White and Cloris Leachman.

Coco Before Chanel     17 MB
For those who didn't especially fly to Paris in order to watch the movie early and in French, the short UK trailer for this biopic that tells us the story of Coco Chanel's (Audrey Tautou) rise from obscure beginnings to the heights of the fashion world. Also part of the cast are Benoît Poelvoorde, Alessandro Nivola, Emmanuelle Devos and Marie Gillain.
Trailer is deliberately kept short in order to hide that the movie's in, you know, French. But they also don't use a voice-over so it's still very nice to watch.

Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen     HD480p 45MB   HD720p 115MB   HD1080p 165MB
Finally, hi-def versions for the second, full theatrical trailer for the sequel once again directed by Michael Bay that will finally have its worldwide release in the next few days.

Tenderness     16 MB
Dark crime drama from Australia set for a theatrical release in the UK this weekend about a confused fifteen-year-old dreamer in search of an escape from her troubled home life. She discovers and becomes enthralled with a young man with a violent past. As they embark on a harrowing journey, a hardened local cop (Russell Crowe), who has been following the young man for years, is intent on exposing him as a serial killer before her fate is determined.
Unsurprisingly, the trailer puts Crowe at the centre but it seems like Crowe's appearance is more an act of friendship to the director. And while reviews indicate the movie's not entirely without merit it might be a good idea not to set expectations too high.
