A Quiet Place Part II, Last Letter from Your Lover, The Paper Tigers, Benedetta, Oxygen, Eternals

A Quiet Place Part II     HD720p 71MB
A new, still very noisy trailer for the sequel that got delayed for obvious reasons. It will now start playing in theatres at the end of the month.
Following the deadly events at home, the Abbott family (Emily Blunt, Millicent Simmonds, Noah Jupe) must now face the terrors of the outside world as they continue their fight for survival in silence. Forced to venture into the unknown, they quickly realize that the creatures that hunt by sound are not the only threats that lurk beyond the sand path. Cillian Murphy and Djimon Hounsou are new additions to the cast. Blunt's husband, what's his name, that tall guy, once again directs.

Last Letter from Your Lover     HD1080p 43MB
Romantic drama about a forbidden love affair between a 1960s couple (Shailene Woodley, Callum Turner) which is uncovered by an ambitious present-day journalist (Felicity Jones) after she finds a trove of secret love letters. Joe Alwyn and Nabhaan Rizwan are also part of the cast.
Trailer seems to reveal a lot. Set during a different time period, but there was a movie called Possession with a similar premise starring Gwyneth Paltrow and Aaron Eckhart. The new one will start streaming on Netflix July 23rd. Trailer version without German subs.

The Paper Tigers     HD720p 91MB
Feelgood action comedy about three kung fu disciples, who were inseparable as teenagers. Fast forward 25 years, and each has grown into a washed-up middle-aged man seemingly one kick away from pulling a hamstring - and not at all preoccupied with thoughts of martial arts or childhood best friends. But when their old master is murdered, the trio reunites, soon learning that avenging their sifu will require conquering old grudges (and a dangerous hitman still armed with ample knee cartilage) if they are to honorably defend his legacy.
Now in limited release in the US and available on demand.

Benedetta     HD1080p 32MB
Trailer from France that would clearly be labelled "redband" in prudish countries like the US for this titillating religious drama. A 17th-century nun (Virginie Efira) in Italy suffers from disturbing religious and erotic visions. She is assisted by a companion (Daphne Patakia), and the relationship between the two women develops into a romantic love affair. Charlotte Rampling and Lambert Wilson are also part of the past. Directed by Paul Verhoeven (Basic Instinct, Elle, Showgirls).
Looks like Verhoeven tries to leave his mark in the nunsploitation genre. All in the name of high art, of course. It will premiere at the Cannes Film Festival in July.

Oxygen     HD1080p 32MB
If the current pandemic doesn't provide you with enough anxiety, a trailer for a claustrophobic thriller from France about a woman (Mélanie Laurent) who wakes in a cryogenic chamber with no recollection of how she got there, and must find a way out before running out of air. Mathieu Amalric voices the operating system. Directed by Alexandre Aja (Haute Tension, The 9th Life of Louis Drax, Piranha 3D)
Will start streaming on Netflix May 12th.

Marvel Sizzle - Eternals     HD720p 46MB
Three minute Marvel studio sizzle reel. It contains about seven seconds of footage from the upcoming Eternals movie directed by Oscar winner Chloé Zhao, starting at the 2:18 mark. And in case you want to mark your calendars, it also reveals the release dates of about the next dozen Marvel films.
