Last Chance Harvey, Watchmen, Underworld: Rise of the Lycans, International, 17 Again

Last Chance Harvey     HD480p 43MB   HD720p 105MB
Romantic drama about a jingle writer (Dustin Hoffman) from New York who over the weekend flies to London to attend his daughter's wedding. As he arrives in London he learns that she has chosen to have her stepfather (James Brolin) walk her down the aisle instead of him. Doing his best to hide his devastation, he leaves the wedding before the reception in hopes of getting to the airport on time, but misses his plane anyway. When he calls his boss to explain, he is fired on the spot. Drowning his sorrows at the airport bar, he strikes up a conversation with a slightly prickly, 40-something employee woman (Emma Thompson). Kathy Baker, Eileen Atkins and Richard Schiff round up the cast.
Looks very nice, though I have to say that the trailer feels as if it already shows us the entire movie. If that's indeed the case I'll probably get a screaming fit.

Watchmen     HD480p 35MB   HD720p 81MB   HD1080p 134MB
Similar in style as the first one but it contains quite a bit new footage, so let's call it the second trailer for Zack Snyder's (300) adaptation of Alan Moore's graphic novel. When an ex-superhero is murdered, a vigilante named Rorshach (Jackie Earle Haley) begins an investigation into the murder, which begins to lead to a much more terrifying conclusion. Other cast members include Patrick Wilson (Nite Owl), Matthew Goode (Ozymandias), Billy Crudup (Dr. Manhattan), Jeffrey Dean Morgan (The Comedian) and Malin Akerman (Silk Spectre).
While for the most part it still looks very impressive, as someone who's not familiar with the graphic novel and the story (and I would like to keep it that way) I can't help but wonder if all these images will form a coherent story in the end. And I don't know how else to say it, but some parts look somewhat cheap.
I have stopped watching them since I'm afraid they will reveal too much, but here's again the link to the video journals that chronicle the production. Let me know if you need any downloadable links.

Underworld: Rise of the Lycans     HD480p 39MB   HD720p 90MB
Described as a prequel that traces the origins of the centuries-old blood feud between the aristocratic vampires known as Death Dealers and their onetime slaves, the Lycans. In the Dark Ages, a young Lycan named Lucian (Michael Sheen) emerges as a powerful leader who rallies the werewolves to rise up against Viktor (Bill Nighy), the cruel vampire king who has enslaved them. Lucian is joined by his secret lover, Sonja (Rhona Mitra), in his battle against the Death Dealer army and his struggle for Lycan freedom.
Shane Brolly, Steven Mackintosh and Kevin Grevioux also return. Who won't return are Kate Beckinsale and Scott Speedman. And Beckinsale's husband also didn't direct but the "creatures designer and supervisor" Patrick Tatopoulos of the first two movies gives directorial debut. So there's not much left from the first two movies. And even with Beckinsale the sequel was quite a bit of a letdown compared with to first movie.

The International     17 MB
Different international (!) trailer for this gripping thriller in which an Interpol Agent (Clive Owen) and a Manhattan Assistant District Attorney (Naomi Watts) are determined to bring to justice one of the world's most powerful banks. Uncovering myriad and reprehensible illegal activities, the two follow the money from Berlin to Milan to New York to Istanbul. Finding themselves in a high-stakes chase, their relentless tenacity puts their own lives at risk as their targets will stop at nothing to continue financing terror and war. Armin Mueller-Stahl, Ulrich Thomsen, Brian F. O'Byrne round up the cast. Directed by Tom Tykwer (Run Lola Run, Perfume, Heaven).
I'd say the musical choice in the second half is a little bit too relaxed for a thriller but I'm still looking forward to it. I wonder though if there will still be any banks left by the time the movie finally comes out.

17 Again     HD480p 51MB   HD720p 92MB
Comedy about a guy (Matthew Perry) whose life didn't quite turn out how he wanted it to and wishes he could go back to high school and change it. He wakes up one day and is seventeen (Zac Efron) again and gets the chance to rewrite his life. This time around, his own teenage kids are his peers and his wife is the unsuspecting object of his affection. Leslie Mann, Thomas Lennon, Michelle Trachtenberg and Melora Hardin are also part of the cast.
Pretty awkward. Only for the real fans of Zac Efron.
