Teaser for the next instalment of the series. It says "New model - original parts", which means the current state of the careers of the original cast members made it possible for them to reprise their roles: Vin Diesel, Paul Walker, Michelle Rodriguez and Jordana Brewster return. They are heading back to the streets where it all began, blast muscle, tuner and exotic cars across Los Angeles and floor through the Mexican desert in the new high-octane action-thriller. Directed again by Justin Lin who was also responsible for the previous Tokyo Drift.
Seems like Diesel will be sedated for much of the movie.

Max Payne     HD480p 47MB   HD720p 120MB
Full trailer for this action movie based on the "legendary, hard-hitting interactive video game". It tells the story of a maverick cop (Mark Wahlberg) determined to track down those responsible for the brutal murder of his family and partner. Hell-bent on revenge, his obsessive investigation takes him on a nightmare journey into a dark underworld. As the mystery deepens, he is forced to battle enemies beyond the natural world and face an unthinkable betrayal. Chris O'Donnell, Beau Bridges, Ludacris, Mila Kunis and Donal Logue are also part of the cast. Directed by John Moore (The Omen, Flight of the Phoenix, Behind Enemy Lines).
If the movie sucks we will at least have some very cool looking trailer. And since things in hi-def always look better, HD versions of the previously posted teaser: HD480p 41MB   HD720p 67MB

Humboldt County     HD480p 35MB   HD720p 104MB
Comedic coming-of-age drama about a promising but tightly-wound, disillusioned UCLA med student (Jeremy Strong) who finds himself stranded when he's deposited at the multi-generational family home of a free-spirited woman (Fairuza Balk), following a drunken one-night stand. Frustrated and disillusioned with his life after his professor/father (Peter Bogdanovich) fails him on an important exam, he at first rejects the welcoming yet eccentric, pot-smoking strangers but soon allows himself to be embraced by their ideals and begins to see life a bit clearer: despite the smoke. Frances Conroy, Brad Dourif and Chris Messina round up the cast.
This looks quite nice.

Good     15 MB
Drama that takes place during the time of Nazi Germany about a literary professor and decent family man (Viggo Mortensen) who explores his personal circumstances in a novel advocating compassionate euthanasia. When the book is unexpectedly enlisted by powerful political figures in support of government propaganda, he finds his career rising in an optimistic current of nationalism and prosperity. Jason Isaacs, Jodie Whittaker, Mark Strong and Steven Mackintosh are also part of the cast.

Trouble the Water     19 MB
Moving documentary that offers an inside look of what happened during Hurricane Katrina. It begins from the perspective of a couple (aspiring rap artist Kimberly Roberts and her husband Scott Roberts) who filmed their neighbourhood the day before and the day of the hurricane with a camcorder they had bought on the street a week earlier. This story of survival under extreme conditions touches on issues of race and class and the stratification of our society.
Movie won the Grand Jury Prize for documentaries this year in Sundance. Limited release in the US starting this weekend.
