Resident Evil: Extinction     HD480p 49MB   HD720p 125MB    Redband 12MB
Full trailer for the third instalment of the Resident Evil franchise. Alice (Milla Jovovich), now in hiding in the Nevada desert, once again joins forces with Carlos Olivera (Oded Fehr) and L.J. (Mike Epps), along with new survivors Claire (Ali Larter), K-Mart (Spencer Locke) and Nurse Betty (!) (Ashanti) to try to eliminate the deadly virus that threatens to make every human being undead and to seek justice by fighting against evil Umbrella Corp. Since being captured Alice has been subjected to biogenic experimentation and becomes genetically altered, with super-human strengths, senses and dexterity. Directed by Russell Mulcahy (Highlander).
Additionally, a much more gory redband trailer, reminding us that this franchise is based on a computer video game.

Dedication     22 MB
Love story in which a misanthropic, emotionally complex author of a hit children's book series (Billy Crudup) is forced to team with a beautiful illustrator (Mandy Moore) after his best friend and creative collaborator (Tom Wilkinson) passes away. As Henry struggles with letting go of the ghosts of love and life, he discovers that maybe all it takes is a little dedication. Martin Freeman and Dianne Wiest are also part of the cast. Directorial debut of actor Justin Theroux.
It looks to me as if Crudup is channeling some quirky-Jim-Carrey.

Drillbit Taylor     HQ 41MB   HD480p 64MB   HD720p 156MB
Teenage comedy in which three nerdy high-school freshman, after being harassed by a school bully, hire a former soldier of fortune (Owen Wilson) as a bodyguard, only to find out that he has his own agenda. Directed by Steve Brill (Little Nicky, Mr. Deeds), Leslie Mann plays Wilson's love interest.
Owen Wilson might make it bearable though I laughed the hardest when they flashed the title card that said "this spring" since this is clearly a movie that needs to start to get marketed three seasons in advance.

Beowulf     23 MB
Ever so slightly different UK trailer version for Robert Zemeckis' live-action turned into pixels adaptation of the Beowulf tale. The main difference to the US trailer? Full frontal (and behind) nudity by Angelina Jolie. But only animated, of course. So non-European readers, please be prepared to cover your eyes.

Blade Runner     Doc 12MB    Clip1   Clip2   Clip3
Announced some time ago, details are now starting to emerge about the DVD release of a new cut of Ridley Scott's classic from 1982 about Harrison Ford hunting replicants based on the Philip K. Dick's novel that will be available in December (at least in some regions). If you're a fan of the movie then you are probably familiar with the fact that there are different versions of the movie that have been hard to find. Now you will be able to choose between a 2-disc, a 4-disc and a 5-disc edition that will contain various amounts of extras and different cuts of the movie. See details here. If you aren't familiar with the versions, please be aware that their description obviously can be considered spoiler-ish.
There's also been talk about another theatrical run and the article mentions New York and Los Angeles but I sure wouldn't mind if cities in south-west Germany would be added to that list. Links above lead to a trailer for the making-of documentary and three clips from the movie.
