The official US trailer version (and a couple of clips) for this wonderfully cheesy looking swords-and-sandal film that takes place during the final days of the Roman Empire. A young Romulus Augustus (Thomas Sangster) flees the city and embarks on a perilous voyage to Britain to track down a legion of supporters. Colourful cast includes Colin Firth, Ben Kingsley, Aishwarya Rai, Alexander Siddig, John Hannah, Peter Mullan and Iain Glen.

Drama from the UK that recounts a son's relationship with his dying father in the weeks prior to his passing. The father is played by Jim Broadbent, Colin Firth plays the son who is desperately looking to the past for answers. Supporting cast includes Juliet Stevenson, Gina Mckee and Claire Skinner. Directed by Anand Tucker (Shopgirl, Hilary and Jackie). Based on the autobiographical book from Blake Morrison.

Another teaser for the big screen adaptation of the first story in Pullman's "His Dark Materials" trilogy. At the centre of the story is Lyra, a 12-year-old girl who starts out trying to rescue a friend who's been kidnapped by a mysterious organization known as the Gobblers - and winds up on an epic quest to save not only her world, but ours as well. Movie re-unites Daniel Craig and Eva Green and also stars Nicole Kidman, Sam Elliott and Ian McShane. Directed by Chris Weitz (About a Boy). Additionally, five minutes of behind-the-scenes production footage that surfaced some time ago.

Another trailer for the third instalment of the series. This time Jackie Chan and Chris Tucker go to France where they inadvertently get mixed up with the Chinese Triad crew. Vinnie Jones, Yvan Attal, Hiroyuki Sanada, Roman Polanski and Max von Sydow are also part of the cast.

Documentary in which the surviving crew members from NASA's Apollo missions tell their story in their own words accompanied by visually stunning archival material re-mastered from the original NASA film footage. Also, an unscripted interview between director David Sington and one of the twelve men who have walked on the moon Dave Scott, recorded this year in Sundance where the doc won the Audience Award for documentaries.

Tense crime drama from the Coen Brothers that follows Llewelyn Moss (Josh Brolin), a husband out hunting near the Rio Grande who comes across a drug deal gone sour — leaving behind a cache of heroin, two million dollars and several bodies. When two more men end up murdered, the local Sheriff (Tommy Lee Jones) realizes Moss and his wife need protection. Things turn dangerous when various men, ranging from ruthless freelancers to ex-Special Forces members, turn up to find out the truth and destroy all evidence. Javier Bardem, Kelly Macdonald and Woody Harrelson are also part of the cast.

Funny looking black comedy in which chaos ensues when a man tries to expose a dark secret regarding a recently deceased patriarch of a dysfunctional British family.
Directed by Franz Oz (Little Shop of Horrors, Dirty Rotten Scoundrels, Bowfinger). Among the cast members are Matthew Macfayden, Rupert Graves, Peter Dinklage and Alan Tudyk.

Comedic drama about a dysfunctional family from writer/director Noah Baumbach (The Squid and the Whale). It's described as an "unflinchingly honest story about coming to terms with one's family and oneself, a comedic and heartbreaking journey." Cast and probably family members include Nicole Kidman, Jennifer Jason Leigh, Jack Black, John Turturro and Ciarán Hinds.
