10:02 am - Dark Knight, Indiana Jones, Fermat's Room, You Don't Mess with the Zohan The Dark Knight HD480p 52MB HD720p 121MB HD1080p 206MB After setting a new standard for most-annoying viral marketing campaign in the last few days, finally the awesome looking second full trailer for the sequel to Batman Begins, once again directed by Christopher Nolan. After the first one focused on the Joker, this time Harvey Dent is more prominently featured. Christian Bale, Gary Oldman, Michael Caine and Morgan Freeman return. Maggie Gyllenhaal will replace Katie Holmes (sort of) who's busily raising new Thetans. New to the cast are Heath Ledger, Aaron Eckhart and William Fichtner. Batman and James Gordon (Oldman) join forces with Gotham's new District Attorney, Harvey Dent (Eckhart), to take on a psychotic bank robber known as The Joker (Ledger), whilst other forces plot against them, and Joker's crimes grow more and more deadly. I only recently found out that Batman is apparently based on a real-life person. Who knew.
Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull HD480p 70MB HD720p 111MB HD1080p 159MB The second full trailer for the first Indiana Jones sequel in almost 20 years. Of course, 65-year-old Harrison Ford will again play Indy and Steven Spielberg will direct. Famed archaeologist/adventurer Dr. Henry "Indiana" Jones is called back into action when he becomes entangled in a Soviet plot to uncover the secret behind mysterious artefacts known as the Crystal Skulls. Further cast members are Shia LaBeouf, Cate Blanchett, Ray Winstone, Karen Allen, John Hurt and Jim Broadbent. Shia LaBeouf imitating Marlon Brando is ... embarrassing.
Fermat's Room - La Habitación de Fermat 6 MB I like the tagline "Think inside the box" of this interesting looking thriller from Spain about four mathematicians who do not know each other and who are invited by a mysterious host on the pretext of resolving a great enigma. As it turns out they have to solve puzzles in order to keep the walls they're in from closing in on them. Don't worry, according to reviews, you don't actually have to be able to prove Fermat's last theorem in order to enjoy the movie. Link courtesy of twitchfilm.net.
You Don't Mess with the Zohan 33 MB Second trailer for this comedy about a Mossad agent (Adam Sandler) who fakes his own death so he can move to New York and become a hair stylist. Emmanuelle Chriqui plays his love interest, Rob Schneider is also part of cast. Directed by Dennis Dugan (I Now Pronounce You Chuck & Larry). I don't really get it but then again, Chuck & Larry also grossed more than $100m in the US alone.

Comments:
Wait a second. Is "Mio" a German abbreviation for "million"? Jesus fuck, now you tell me! (I encountered it at work last year and couldn't find out what the hell it meant.)
Yes it is! (Which means I should probably edit the entry.)
You can always ask. :)
*GLOMP* The Dark Knight!
Fermat's Room looks very good. Even though I knew the tagline from your post it still made me smile.
Ah, Sandler. I don't really get it either.
The Dark Knight trailer is very subtle. :)
I often don't even notice those taglines but this one was just too geeky. :D
Oh, I know it's silly, but I am so excited for Indiana Jones!! Harrison Ford has been my big crush since I was little.
I'd say nostalgia is one of the best reasons to watch the new movie. :)

Dark Night: *grins* Can't wait!
Zohan: Seems very much like a movie Mike Myers would be in.
Dark Knight: One of those trailers that I have to keep myself from watching again and again to avoid that I remember too many scenes. :)
Zohan: You're absolutely right! |
